1. Clean & dry your skin before applying

2. Measure body tape to the desired length and cut Tip: When in doubt, cut longer!

3. Remove protective film and use nipple covers for an extra layer of protection

4. Gently apply tape onto desired area. Rub tape to smooth wrinkles and activate adhesive

We recommend that you perform a skin test 24 hours before extended use. Product is recommended to be worn for no more than 6-8 hours. Do not wear it overnight. Do not use on open cuts, skin disorders, rashes, sun damaged, or sun burned skin, or skin pigmentation problems. Do not use if allergic to silicone. If you have skin or adhesive sensitivities, wear them with caution. Discontinue if skin irritation occurs. Do not use powders, oil, moisturizers, or fragrances anywhere near the breast area.
